Damaged
If you received a damaged candle during shipment, we heavily apologize. Please contact info@makecandleco.com with your order number, details, and pictures to have this resolved.
Returns*
Here at MAKE Candle Co. we are proud of our candles and their quality. We love them and hope you do too! If you don’t love your order, you can return the unused candle in its original boxing within 7 days of delivery.
Contact info@makecandleco.com to get your return started. We will need your order number and reason for return. Unused products may be returned at customer’s expense.
Used products may not be returned.
*Items on sale or being discontinued may not be returned. Gift cards or items won in a giveaway/raffle may not be returned.
Exchanges**
Ordering a candle online can be scary! We understand that not every fragrance will be perfect for everyone.
You can exchange your unused candle for a different scent within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, the scent you are returning and the scent you would like to exchange for.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return and exchange.
